We take pride in being the cleanest gym in Rockland County. There is a cleaning team that puts in over 100 hours a week to keep the large locker rooms and the gym floor in pristine condition.

On The Rack

No need to search for weights. Our staff make sure there are never weights lying around on the gym floor, and that they are put back on the rack where they belong. (Our members help too!)

					I started working out at Powerhouse gym today and everything was great. I didn't have to wait for any of the machines as they have more then one of the... read more same kind. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this gym for those that are serious about fitness and working out.

					Love this gym and especially how clean it is. The cleaning staff here is amazing -constantly cleaning. I’ve never seen a piece of toilet paper on the floor in the... read more bathroom, the sink area is always dry and clean. The showers are always clean which all make it much easier and more comfortable for me to shower/get ready for work after my workout.  The gym staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend this gym 👍🏼
