We take pride in being the cleanest gym in Rockland County. There is a cleaning team that puts in over 100 hours a week to keep the large locker rooms and the gym floor in pristine condition.

No need to search for weights. Our staff make sure there are never weights lying around on the gym floor, and that they are put back on the rack where they belong. (Our members help too!)

					Love this gym and especially how clean it is. The cleaning staff here is amazing -constantly cleaning. I’ve never seen a piece of toilet paper on the floor in the... read more bathroom, the sink area is always dry and clean. The showers are always clean which all make it much easier and more comfortable for me to shower/get ready for work after my workout.  The gym staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend this gym 👍🏼

					So far this gym, along with the staff I've encountered, has exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the gym has all the equipment I prefer and what they presently don't have they're... read more either soon adding OR (and most importantly) they're actually willing to take requests. I understand they can't get everything but just the fact that management will take the time to sincerely listen to you is more than most will ever do.  Anyway, the gym itself is awesome now and can only get better from here on out.
