We take pride in being the cleanest gym in Rockland County. There is a cleaning team that puts in over 100 hours a week to keep the large locker rooms and the gym floor in pristine condition.
We keep all the equipment you need (and more), well maintained - from weights and machines to the most high-end specialty equipment of any gym in the county.
Powerhouse Gym Nanuet staff are friendly (and knowledgeable). Whether you have a question or are looking a great trainer to recommend new exercises, we can help you.
No need to search for weights. Our staff make sure there are never weights lying around on the gym floor, and that they are put back on the rack where they belong. (Our members help too!)
Powerhouse Gym Nanuet is an awesome gym from the beginner to the advanced lifter. In addition to the 20+ fitness classes with great instructors, we're friendly and play good music.

#THEPERFECTGYM located in the heart of Rockland County. There's great equipment, easy to use. Super spacious layout, with tons of natural light blasting in. Very high ceilings. Love the workout music. Nice grey decor and a beautiful spotless locker room. Open 24 hours, nice people and safe parking lot. Within 10 minutes, I knew this was the perfect gym for a great price in August.
