Our cardiovascular training center is complete with stairmills, treadmills, elliptical trainers, crosstrainers, and recumbents. We are also the only gym in Rockland County to have a Treadwall. There are 15 50-inch flatscreen TVs for your viewing pleasure on the cardio deck.
The Free Weights area offers the use of various benches, kettlebells, dumbells 5-150lbs, cable-cross over, adjustable hi/lo pulley, power stations, and a full range of plate loaded equipment.
We have a full range of strength machines that help target specific muscle groups that are almost impossible to isolate using free-weights (e.g., quadriceps, hamstrings, hip abductors, and hip adductors).

Powerhouse Gym offers tanning beds the industry’s leading provider of professional tanning equipment. We make it easy to maintain a fresh-off-the-beach glow year ‘round with complete privacy.
Our men’s and women’s locker rooms are equipped with over 100 lockers each to keep your possessions safe. Our locker rooms also have, private changing rooms, showers & hair dryers for you to freshen up after your workout.
Power House Gym offers a “Pro Shop” supplying a large variety of supplements. Make sure you’re fully stocked!
Powerhouse Gym has saunas in both locker rooms so you can relax and reap all the benefits a sauna has to offer after your workout.

Locker rooms closed weekdays 1:30am to 2am overnight for deep sanitizing
