Colin Coppola is a 20-year-old NASM-certified personal trainer with a strong athletic background and a passion for helping others improve their health and fitness. Growing up, Colin played football and ran track in high school. However, he discovered his true passion for strength training later on and chose not to play during his senior year so he could focus more on lifting. Colin didn’t always enjoy working out. His perspective changed during the COVID-19 pandemic when his parents bought a home gym setup. With plenty of free time during quarantine, he began training almost every day. Over time, he fell in love with the process, the results, and the way regular exercise made him feel.
After graduating from high school, Colin began pursuing fitness professionally. In 2023, he started the process of earning his NASM certification, and in 2024, he began working as a trainer at Powerhouse Gym. In the time since, he has proudly helped more than 150 clients reach their goals. Colin works with a wide range of people—from teenagers to individuals in their 80s—and focuses on helping clients build muscle, lose fat, improve mobility, train for specific sports, and prevent injuries. He believes fitness should be approachable and sustainable, so he aims to simplify training and nutrition while helping clients feel confident and comfortable both inside and outside of the gym.
Carl Pierre is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist on a mission to help every client unlock their strongest, healthiest self. For Carl, fitness isn’t just a career — it’s a lifelong calling. Training personally since 2013, he built over a decade of hands-on knowledge and discipline before his journey took a defining turn in 2023, when a serious car accident left him with a broken clavicle fractured in three places. Rather than simply recovering, Carl chose to document and lead his own rehabilitation, using the process to deepen his understanding of the human body, injury recovery, and performance. That experience gave him an intimate, firsthand perspective on resilience and the physical and mental strength it takes to rebuild — and it was during that journey that he committed fully to becoming a certified personal trainer, betting on himself and his passion to serve others.
Today, Carl brings that same determination and empathy to every client he works with, specializing in weight loss and body composition, strength and muscle building, injury rehabilitation, nutritional coaching, and group fitness. Beyond one-on-one training, he is passionate about building community — conceptualizing a Sunday HIIT class that energizes members weekly and leading a transformational group challenge for women focused on fat loss.
